Inspired by my Go-Go Gadget Breakfast “recipe”, I thought I’d post a little nugget of information about Goji Berries. Because although we’re forever hearing the names of the (seemingly endless list of) superfoods being bandied about like some crazed game of health-food bingo, I’m not always sure that we know why they’re so good for us.
